1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cutt Barberz website and the booking of barbershop services provided by BEECUTTZ LIMITED (Company No. 16937785, registered in England and Wales), trading as Cutt Barberz.
By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Cutt Barberz offers professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and grooming treatments as listed on our Services page. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. All services include a brief consultation.
We reserve the right to modify service offerings and prices at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website.
3. Booking Policy
Bookings can be made via the online form on our website, by phone, or in person. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation by phone or email during business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–20:00).
- Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to barber availability.
- Advance bookings take priority over walk-ins.
- We will endeavour to confirm all online booking requests within 4 business hours.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the appointment: No charge. Full
cancellation, no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment: A cancellation
fee of 50% of the booked service price may be applied.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): The full service price may be
charged. Repeat no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and card payments. Prices are as displayed on the website at the time of booking.
6. Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please raise this with us in the barbershop on the day or contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess each case fairly and may offer a complimentary adjustment appointment. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only where a genuine service failure has occurred.
We do not offer refunds for personal preferences that were not communicated to the barber prior to or during the service.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are asked to:
- Arrive on time for their appointment.
- Communicate clearly with their barber regarding desired style.
- Inform the barber of any scalp conditions or sensitivities prior to treatment.
- Treat staff and other clients with respect.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is abusive, intoxicated, or whose behaviour poses a risk to staff or other clients.
8. Children
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their appointment.
9. Limitation of Liability
BEECUTTZ LIMITED is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services beyond the direct cost of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. personal injury caused by our negligence).
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is the property of BEECUTTZ LIMITED and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
